Villa Astarte and Villa Nautilos are two splendid properties located above villa Kerithium. Both villas share the same entrance with parking, a lush garden, sea views and a charming bean-shaped swimming pool.
Astarte: it is the lower villa, features an open space living room and formal dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen with direct access to an outdoor dining terrace and BBQ. The décor is stylish with white upholstery and wooden antique pieces of furniture. Three tastefully decorated bedrooms (one on lower, two on upper floor) with en-suite bathrooms have access to either a private terrace or an outdoor patio with sea views.
Nautilos: it is the upper villa located above Astarte, is elegantly furnished and owes its name to its additional sea and old ship artifacts décor. The ground floor comprises of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a formal dining and living area; a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large veranda overlooking the sea. The two upper floor bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and access two separate sea view roof terraces. A new garden bedroom with separate entrance is accessible from the pool terrace. Both villas share a new swimming pool, located steps away from Nautilos, which enjoys sea views from a quiet, private and wind-sheltered position.
A small reception is located at the basement of Nautilos, where guests use the office facilities, complimentary.
The Airport is 5kms/15 minute drive.

A two week stay is required in August, anything less than that may incur a 15% surcharge.
