Villa Stamatis

The middle one of the 3 villas has 95 sqm of dwelling space on 2 floors and provides 6 beds.

The main entrance is located in the corridor from the foregarden to the garden. Northwards, there are the Aegean Sea and the private swimming pool which is framed by lawns.

On the west side, the villa borders on the neighbouring Villa Takis (5 beds) and on the east side on Villa Nikos (5 beds as well).

Indoor

The living-area on the ground floor includes the living-room with couch set and open fireplace, and the dining-area with an integrated open-plan kitchen.

Wide glass sliding-doors at the sea front of the living-room open towards a terrace.

From there, stairs lead down to the garden.

Furthermore, the ground floor includes a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower bathroom. The bedroom is orientated seawards and has access to the terrace.

On the top floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds and sea view.
