The Maisonettes Kolokotronis, built round a pool, are situated on the Dembla Hill, which is part of the old village of Tavronitis.
There are shops, tavernas and a bakery down in the village ca. 600 m away. The shingle beach is at a distance of ca. 900 m. Behind the house is a pretty gerden in which to sit under the shady trees and where one can also prepare a meal on the barbeque.
Each maisonette is suitable for 2-3 persons and has a tastefully furnished living room with seating/sleeping bench and shower/WC. The kitchenette is separated from the living area by a stonewall. Via a wooden staircase the open plan bedroom with a double stonebased bed can be reached.
In front of the maisonettes is a terrace and pool with a fantastic view to the mountains and sea.
Air conditions is availlable on request and payable locally.
There are 5 charming little cottages, each suitable for 2 or 3 people, sitting along one side of private swimmingpool with views out over the fertile valley around Tavronitis and Maleme and across the sea. They sit on Dembla Hill, which is part of the old village of Tavronitis, a 10 minutes walk, of about 800 meters, up from the cross roads, leading to Chania, Kastelli and Paleochora. There are shops, tavernas abd a bakery, a laundrette, and a bus stop, down the hill in the village
